Work Together

I offer two paths to help you feel better in your body:
Manual Osteopathy and Trauma-Informed Coaching.

Whether you’re navigating pain, stress, fatigue, or just feel like something’s “off,” we’ll look at the full picture, your structure, your nervous system, and how you’re living.

Some people come in for hands-on treatment. Others need support beyond the table; unpacking the stress, people-pleasing, and burnout that physical care alone can’t fix. Either way, the goal is the same: Real, lasting change that starts from the inside out.

Osteopathy

 Initial Assessment – $145

Your first visit is 45 minutes and includes:

  • A full health history review

  • Full-body assessment

  • Hands-on treatment to begin shifting patterns right away

Follow-Up Treatment – $95

Each session starts with a check-in on what’s changed since last time. We reassess your structure, work with what your body is ready for, and focus on creating lasting changes — not just temporary relief.

Pediatric Care (12 & Under)

Initial Assessment – $100

Follow-Up Treatment – $80

Children respond especially well to osteopathy. Treatment is always gentle, playful, and guided by safety and trust.

I lived this. I was what anyone would call “healthy” – working out, eating well, checking all the boxes. But inside, I was drowning. I couldn’t sleep. Coffee made me disoriented. I was anxious, stressed, covered in rashes, and dealing with chronic pain. My body was screaming at me about how I was actually living: overcommitted, people-pleasing, abandoning my own needs to meet everyone else’s expectations.

No amount of “doing the right things” physically could fix what was happening internally.

What sets this program apart is that it’s built around you. I bring a deep and diverse background—competitive athletics, Kinesiology, Psychology, a Masters in Osteopathy, a Trauma-Informed Master Coach certification, and over 8 years of doing this work myself.

My core philosophy: Every human is different and deserves to be treated that way.

Together, we’ll look at where you’re at, what you desire, and the beliefs or patterns in the way. I don’t use cookie-cutter methods—I collaborate with you to find creative, embodied ways to integrate the work into your life so that it actually sticks.
