Revive Osteopathy is a Classical Osteopathic practice serving the city of Calgary. Revive exists to bring life back to your overall functioning and help you find health again
At Revive Osteopathy, I offer two ways to support your healing: Manual Osteopathy and Trauma-Informed Coaching.
Each session is rooted in the belief that your body knows how to heal — it just needs the right conditions.
Osteopathy works through hands-on treatment to restore proper movement and function to your joints, muscles, and fascia. When your structure is balanced, your nervous system can finally exhale — and your body begins to repair itself.
If you’ve done all the right things and still feel stuck, coaching helps you uncover and shift the deeper patterns — the stress, overgiving, or burnout that treatment alone can’t resolve. Together, we build real, sustainable change from the inside out.
Every session starts with a conversation and a full-body assessment. We’re not chasing symptoms — we’re listening to what your body’s telling us.
Using gentle, precise techniques, I work to release tension, restore movement, and bring balance to your structure. It’s subtle work, but powerful.
The real healing happens between sessions. As things shift, your body starts reorganizing — finding new patterns, releasing old ones.
My goal is always to get you back into your life - moving better, feeling better, and trusting your body again. Not relying on treatment long-term.
I use manual, full-body treatment to restore movement, reduce pain, and support your body’s natural healing process.
Each session meets you where you are — no cookie-cutter routines, no quick fixes. Just gentle, intelligent care that helps your body do what it’s built to do.
If you’re doing everything “right” but still feel off — your body might be reacting to how you’re living.
My coaching helps you address the stress patterns, self-abandonment, and burnout that physical treatments can’t reach. This is where real change starts: with you, your truth, and a nervous system that finally feels safe.
Let’s take the first step toward helping your body heal — naturally, sustainably, and in its own time.
Your initial appointment is 45 minutes and includes a comprehensive health history, full-body assessment, and hands-on treatment tailored to your unique needs.
Whether you’re navigating chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply want to feel better in your body, this is where we begin.
You’ll walk away with more clarity, a plan forward, and a practitioner in your corner who sees the whole of you.
Before I ever became an Osteopath, I was immersed in the study of the body. With a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology, I spent years volunteering in physiotherapy and athletic therapy clinics – watching how people were treated, and more often, how they weren’t.
What I noticed stuck with me: identical treatment plans, symptom-based fixes, and patients who never really got better.
That changed the day I stepped into an osteopath’s office. His approach was different. Each person was seen as a whole – every system, every layer, every experience mattered. That experience reshaped my understanding of healing and sent me down the path I walk today.
As a Registered Manual Osteopath and Certified Trauma-Informed Master Coach, I bring a deeply integrative lens to every treatment. One that considers how stress, emotion, and structure interact – and how the body, when supported properly, already knows how to heal.
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter care. I believe in listening to your story, reading your body, and tailoring each session to what it truly needs. Because you’re not just a collection of symptoms – you’re a whole, dynamic human being.
This work is my passion because I’ve lived the gap between knowing something intellectually and still feeling stuck in your body. I’ve seen what happens when we slow down, go deeper, and work with – not against – the nervous system and body’s innate intelligence.
You don’t need to power through pain or override your signals. You need care that meets you where you are—and helps you return to where you’re meant to be.
Treatment frequency is personalized and determined during your initial assessment. Because osteopathy works with your body’s natural healing capabilities, you’ll continue healing between sessions. Some consistency is needed early on to build momentum, but the goal is always to eliminate dependence on treatment and restore your function so you don’t need ongoing intervention.
Osteopaths use manual therapy to facilitate the natural healing capabilities of the body, strengthen the overall framework, and provide stability within all systems of the body. The body is self healing and self regulating, and your structure and function are reciprocally interrelated. We use manual techniques to adjust the skeletal framework, remove obstruction to the skin, muscles and fascia connecting all of it, to allow for proper blood supply and nerve supply to all parts. When this is accomplished, the body is then able to heal itself.
Osteopathy helps with issues such as: chronic pain (back, neck, shoulders), headaches and migraines, sport injuries, postural issues, digestive issues, post-surgical recovery.
It is the understanding that structure and function are interrelated, and when all parts are moving as they should, we have harmony within the body. The question should really be “What does Osteopathy NOT help with”. This would be a much shorter list of things, but something that we could differentiate right away and guide you to the appropriate person do deal with it.
As a member of the Alberta Osteopathic Association (AOA), my services are covered under benefit plans that include Osteopathy. Please check with your provider to confirm this prior to treatment.
